Rolling Project Pan – January Update

This is my first Update for my Project Pan. I have swapped some items that weren’t right for this time of year. I’ve decluttered some I was just not liking & I have finished some.

Face:

Contour:NYX Wonder Stick (not bothered with the lighter side) : Ongoing

Bronzer:Chanel Cream Bronzer : Ongoing

Powder:Laura Mercier Translucent Loose : Ongoing

Bronzer:Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer in light : Ongoing

Setting Spray :L’Oreal Infallible Fixing Mist : Ongoing – Half way through

Concealer :Clarin’s Instant Concealer : Ongoing – Nearly empty

Foundation: Lancome Teint Miracle : Swapped out as too dark for winter

Highlighter: Mary Lou Manizer : Swapped out until summer

Powder:NYX Matte Not Flat Pressed Powder : Decluttered, 4 years old and too cakey

Blush:Wet N Wild Berry Shimmer Blush : Decluttered over 4 years old and didn’t like it on

Primer:Smashbox Photo Finish & L’Oreal Lumi Magique : Both Empties

Replacing the Empties:

Primer:The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer & Seventeen Skin Wow 3 Way Highlighter

Foundation:Revlon Colortstay Normal / Dry in 180 Sand Beige. This is a lighter colour which is better for me at this time of year.

Highlighter : I have added two. The one from the NYX Contour & Highlight paletteis quite an icy white. The other is a tad warmer without being golden & is from the e.l.f. Highlighting palette.

Blush:Again I have chosen two. Both are from the In The Balm of Your Hand palette. I like to mix them together.

Powder : Also from the Nyx Highlight & Contour Palette I have a banana style powder & a regular face powder.

Contour: Also from the Nyx Highlight & Contour Palette. This is a great cool toned colour for under the cheeks & jaw.

Eyes:

Base:Maybelline Color Tattoo in Metallic Pomegranate & Rimmel Scandal Eyes in Queens of the Bronze age (just the bronze side) : Both ongoing – both nearly finished

Eyeliners:Inglot Black Gel Liner, NYC Bronze liner , NYX Dark Brown liner & NYX Wonder Pencil. : All still ongoing

Mascara:Maybelline Colossal Big Shot & Wet N Wild Mega length for bottom lashes. : Maybelline Finished , Wet n Wild ongoing

Brows:NYX Micro Brow Pencil & Essence Make me Brow: Ongoing – Brow mascara is getting dry so nearly finished

Sundries:Inglot Duraline & MAC Fix Plus : Ongoing – I expect Fix plus to be finished at next check in.

Eyeshadow:Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette & 4 shades from the Smashbox Shape Matters palette. :Only planned to use for the month

Eyeshadow:

Sleek Eyeshdow Palettes : These are my oldest palettes in my collection. They are over 4 years old. I’m going to use them for the month of February  & try & get my monies worth before I delutter. I’d like to hit pan on a few if at all possible.

Mascara:

GOSH Length & Build Mascara: This is the next oldest mascara in my collection. This is how I am working through the bulk of my make up, oldest first.

So overall I have only 3 Empties but there are a few that I expect to be finished at my next update. I’ve also decluttered a few items that I am now convinced I don’t like & am glad that they are gone also.
