I’ve hankered after this primer for a long time and finally bit the bullet & purchased it. It gets rave reviews from bloggers/Vloggers & I really wanted to see what all the fuss was about. It retails for €32 here in Ireland & for that you get 38g of product.

The packaging on this is quite sleek & pretty. It has a pump dispenser which after the first few pumps (which weren’t great) it dispenses product nicely. You could use 1 pump but I usually use 2 as I skip moisturiser in the morning. (I do use serum though)
It is a light creamy consistency & although they mention Coconut in the description & ingredients I don’t really smell it in it. It just smells kinda fresh but in a very subtle way. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think Too Faced were capable of subtle scents!
I Have to say I find the claims on his one to be mostly true. This is nearly more of a moisturiser than a primer in my opinion. But to be honest I’m kinda over primers in general. Aside from moisturising I just don’t find that they do anything for me. They definitely don’t make my make up last , this one certainly didn’t.
So as a light moisturiser I really enjoy this, it’s the perfect step for me before starting in on foundation & it definitely gives the skin a little bit of luminosity.
Overall I am a happy customer.
Have you tried this? Do you like it? Are you over primers or can you recommend one that actually works, I’d love to know 🙂
