The first two palettes are going to be short & sweet. Both palettes have very specific colours that don’t really lend themselves to every day use. But I keep them in case I ever “need” them.
Sleek I-Divine Garden of Eden €10.49
The Mattes in this are poor, especially the green. The shimmers are definitely better. I do wonder though……Am I ever gonna wear the green? I like to think I will but that opportunity has yet to present itself.
Sleek I-Divine Bad Girl 596 €10.49
The same goes for this palette. I have notions that I’ll master the smokey eye & have someplace to go that would call for a dramatic eye look!I’ll keep it around just in case.
Again the Mattes are patchy, the shimmers are a bit bunchy but they are very pigmented.
Sleek I-Divine Oh So Special 658 €10.49
This is the palette I use the most so I’ll give a more detailed review on it:
As seems to be the theme, when swatching these the mattes aren’t pigmented and are patchy & the shimmers are pigmented but a bit too soft.
On the eye however this is a totally different story. As always they go on over a Maybelline Colour Tattoo. I use these as a base for every eyelook I do. The Mattes go on the lid much more pigmented. They blend really easily & there is very little powder kick up.
The shimmers are also pigmented & can be packed on nicely. My only issue with them is they are a tad glittery.
12 Hours in they have worn nicely, still pretty vivid in colour & there has been a tiny bit of creasing, but you really have to look for it.
My eyes did water but only a little bit but other than that I am seriously impressed with this palette. I think my favourite thing about it is that I only need this palette to create a full eye look, I don’t have to dip into anything else which means if I am traveling I only need to bring this & it’s so neat & tidy it hardly takes up any space.
Sleek I-Lust Eyeshadow Palette 24k Gold Collection, The Gold Standard 089 €10.49
This palette is extremely pigmented but there is no matte so can’t create cohesive look. Therefore I find myself not really reaching for this.
Sleek Highlighting Palette in Solstice: €12.49
This palette has iconic status & it is understandable why. This can be used to create a beam that can be seen from space or a more subtle work appropriate look.
The names are on the back but I’m not sure which is which, I’m sure I could find out but who’s got time for that!
I personally use an e.l.f. small stipple brush to diffuse this so that I can wear it on a daily basis for work but this can definitely be built up to make an almost wet look highlight.
By 12hrs this was gone completely but I can get over this for the price & the different options you get in this palette. From cream highlight to warm, cool & neutral options you can match it to any look you’ve created. I also love this on the inner corner or even on the lid.
I’ve dumped all the brushes from all these palettes as they were complete & utter rubbish but to be fair I find that to be true of even high end palettes.
That’s a lot of colours 😓

They can be a bit hit and miss but for €10 I don’t mind so much.
